1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions apply to use of valdus.in and purchases of VALDUS products, including the VALDUS AIR BAND and related straps/accessories. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges the applicable terms, subject to mandatory rights under Indian law.
2. Product information
VALDUS aims to present product descriptions, images, prices and specifications accurately. Minor differences in colour, appearance, packaging or presentation may occur because of screens, production changes or supplier updates. Product availability may change without notice.
3. Orders and confirmation
Adding a product to cart or sending an order request does not by itself guarantee acceptance. An order is confirmed after VALDUS confirms product availability, delivery details and applicable payment arrangements. VALDUS may decline or cancel an unconfirmed order where stock, payment, address or fraud-prevention issues arise.
4. Pricing and payment
The price communicated or displayed at the time of confirmation applies to the order unless an obvious pricing or technical error is identified. Payment instructions may be provided by VALDUS through the ordering/support channel. Customers should verify that they are paying the correct VALDUS details before sending funds.
5. Shipping
Delivery estimates are indicative and can vary according to destination, courier serviceability and events outside VALDUS' reasonable control. Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information.
6. Returns, cancellations and refunds
VALDUS does not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind, personal preference, colour preference after dispatch, or dissatisfaction unrelated to a verified defect. Orders may not be cancelled once dispatched. This does not limit remedies required by applicable law for defective, damaged, misdescribed or otherwise non-conforming goods.
7. No product warranty
VALDUS products are currently sold without a product warranty. No separate manufacturer or seller warranty is promised on the website unless VALDUS expressly provides one in writing for a specific transaction in the future. This does not exclude or restrict statutory rights and remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Indian law.
8. Unboxing and delivery damage
Customers are strongly advised to record a continuous unboxing video showing the sealed shipping package, label, opening and product/accessories. Contact VALDUS promptly if an item arrives damaged, incomplete or incorrect.
9. Fitness and wellness information
Products such as the AIR BAND are intended for general fitness and wellness monitoring and are not medical devices. Do not use them to diagnose, treat or make urgent medical decisions.
10. Acceptable website use
Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful content or use VALDUS branding/content in a misleading or unauthorised manner.
11. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian law. Mandatory legal protections prevail in case of conflict.
12. Updates
VALDUS may update website terms prospectively. Terms applicable at the time of purchase, together with mandatory legal rights, govern existing orders.
